重阳节吃的新鲜水果

　　栗子

　　无花果，别名与生俱来子、文仙果、密果、奶浆果等，为桑科绿色植物。番石榴既是生鲜鲜果又是一种中草药材。《本草纲目》载：“番石榴味柑平，无毒性，主健脾开胃、止泻痢、治五痔、咽喉痛”。

　　当代研究发现，番石榴中带有补骨脂素、佛柑内酯等活力化学成分及香气化学物质苯甲醛，能抑制肿瘤细胞形成，可预防肝癌、直肠癌的产生，减缓、抑止移植性肉疙瘩、自发乳癌、淋巴肉瘤的发展趋势或恶变，最后能致恶性肿瘤萎缩、衰退。番石榴带有的很多糖原、脂质、蛋白、纤维、维他命、碳酸盐和身体必要的碳水化合物等营养元素，能增强人体免疫功能。
