四月的校园，水清木华，春光明媚，又到了一年一度的校友聚会季节。恰逢喜气时刻，衷心感谢清华大学，向国内外众多同学和全体师生员工致以亲近的问好和良好的祝福。也藉此机会，向多年来关注适用清华大学发展的各界人士和各位朋友表明真挚的尊敬和衷心的感谢!
20xx年4月26日，清华大学迎来104周年华诞。104岁的清华大学厚实又富有朝气，走向世界，走向未来，以开放带改革，以改革谋发展，不懈拼搏在一流大学建设路上，各项事业持续取得新的进展。
制订并实施《清华大学章程》，进一步理清学术与行政、服务管理、科学研究与人才培养的关联，强调人才培养的非目的性,明确学校治理的育人导向和学术导向,突显学校治理构架的社会参与和开放合作。做为院校依法独立办校、实施管理和执行公共职能的基本原则，章程的制订与实施，将有力推动院校决策的民主建设、内部运作的规范化、办学治学的专业化。
清华大学首先启动高等教育综合改革，综合改革方案首家得到我国准许。学校密切围绕健全中国特色现代大学制度和治理体系、探寻高等教育大众化阶段建立一流大学发展模式这一目标，确定了综合改革路线图、时间表。各类体制机制改革的推动，将大大地激起全体师生的创新创造活力，并产生潜心学术、热情育人的良好环境。
老师人事制度改革做为院校综合改革的突破点，重点围绕建设高质量师资队伍目标，由试点转到全面推进，14个系院已完成方案制订并落地实施，取得了积极成效。系院聘用管理权显著加强，新入老师品质显著提升，吸引优秀人才的能力大幅提高。
教育教学改革深入推进，价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授“三位一体”的人才培养新模式已进入实施阶段，学生做为主角深层参加到教育教学改革过程当中。创意创新创业“三创结合”教育全面开展，最近清华面向社会高校发出了创建“全国高校创业教育同盟”的提倡，促进高校向社会提供大量优质的创业教育资源，服务我国创业创新大局。
继续提高面向国际开放办学水平。20xx年启动的苏世民学者项目，中美两国国家元首曾发来祝词，已正式进到全球招生程序，准备迎接来自世界各地的将来青年领袖;清华-伯克利大学深圳学院，清华-耶鲁大学环境、清华-约翰霍普金斯全球政治与经济、清华-澳大利亚商务分析等高端国际联合办学项目进展顺利。
坚持“撑天、店铺、育才”宗旨，面向国际学科前沿，持续加强基础研究;主动服务国家战略要求，切实推动重大项目进展。我校师生在生命科学和医学、暗能量检测、量子计算机、灵巧通讯卫星、形状记忆合金人力设备、出土文献、国学研究等多个领域的开拓性工作得到广泛关注。
当今社会，全球化过程和科技革命加速发展，人们一同面对的难题日渐严峻，知识创新和传播方式发生着深刻变化。当代中国，全面改革深入开展，创新驱动发展变成国家战略，经济、政治、文化、社会、建设生态文明亟需大量高层次人才和创新成果。高等教育面临从未有过的机遇和挑战，高校必须再次思索自己在全球创新体系和我国转型升级里的自我定位，探寻和创新本身发展模式，推动社会发展、国家富强和人类文明进步。
我们要坚持“世界一流，中国特色，清华风格”发展道路。以实现中华民族杰出复兴中国梦为目标，把清华放到中国现代化的大舞台上，以坦然的心态、执着的精神、超过的胆量，担负起时代赋予的重任，深入推进全球一流大学建设。
我们要毫不动摇推动院校综合改革。清扫阻碍人才培养、发展的体制机制阻碍;加强战略规划，搞好“十三五”关键部署工作;深入开展“三位一体”教育模式实践，切实搞好现代教育，着力提高学生全面素质;创新科研体制机制，优化学科布局;继续深入推进人事制度改革，进一步完善学校管理运行机制。
同学们，师生们!校友聚会就是我们一同的节日，母校永远是一种温暖的感觉，清华永远是我们大家的精神世界。使我们携手同行，团结奋进，创新发展，奋力拼搏，共同创造清华新百年的辉煌，在中华民族民族复兴和人类文明进步的过程中撰写新的雅韵锦绣!

Dear members of the Tsinghua Community,
Please accept my festival greetings for the 104th anniversary of Tsinghua University.
In retrospection, Tsinghua has observed a year of reform marked by unfettered accomplishments. We have enacted the Articles of Association of Tsinghua University, the first constitutional document in the university’s history to guide the governance and operation of the university. This enactment will improve the governance and decision-making system, as well as the teaching and research atmosphere, of the university. Among Chinese universities in the mainland, Tsinghua leads the comprehensive university reforms. These reforms, staged for the period between 20xx and 20xx, are set to escalate the university’s world leading competency. Among the series of reforms, the reform of the faculty system is the first break-through. Fourteen schools and departments have completed their plans and launched the new system. The reformed faculty system brings in more autonomy in faculty recruitment and administration. The education reform focuses on enabling student-centered learning and teaching. During this reform, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship will be better integrated in our teaching programs. In addition, Tsinghua has launched an initiative to establish the innovation and entrepreneurship alliance of Chinese universities, in hope to strengthen the national technology innovation scheme.
We have made notable achievements in internationalization education programs and research programs. For example, the Schwartzman College program has begun to recruit its pilot cohort of students from around the world. The Tsinghua-Berkeley Joint Institute at Shenzhen, the Tsinghua-Yale Dual Master degree in environment studies, the Tsinghua-Johns Hopkins Dual Master degree in global politics and economics, and the Tsinghua-Columbia Dual Master degree in business analytics have all delivered substantive progresses. A number of research programs have achieved world leading breakthroughs in the fields of life and medical sciences, dark-matter measurement, quantum computing, liquid metal artificial machinery, unearthed documents and sinology.
In prospect, I foresee opportunities and challenges that Tsinghua is to embrace. In this world of accelerated globalization and cross-culture integration, the University shall cultivate students with the sense of global citizenship and the sensibility of culture diversity. In this perspective, Tsinghua has begun to emphasize shaping the value and ethics of young students, and nurturing them with skills and characters that could yield greater social contribution.
As I contemplate the future of the university with confidence and passion, I thank all members of the Tsinghua community for your dedication to the university. I thank all friends for your support to Tsinghua. In the years to come, Tsinghua will continue to strive with unstinted endeavors.
