所说官方网邀请函，首先要邀约企业，在当地(区)外事办公室领取《申请外国人入境审批表》(见附件)，并如实填写。

一. 审核表的内容及填好：

1. 应邀单位及详细地址。

填好留意：中英文互译，国外公司名称与详细地址，需自己翻译，通常是供外办审批参照。

2. 被邀请人信息

填好：依照护照信息填好

3. 入关信息内容

填好：拟入关日期(一定要注意：外办申请办理一般需要3个工作日后，请在出示机票行程单时，留意入关日期需要在预估领取到签证办理通知表后)，停留的时间(需与机票行程单来回日期一致)，入出境频次(一般为1)，入关后前去地址(你公司所在地)，签证办理行政机关(顾客该国中国使馆，如：中国驻孟加拉国使馆)

4. 在中国理由及花费压力

填好：一般写商务考察，或竣工验收等，花费注明由谁担负(实例：来邀约企业工程验收向其采购的机器设备，期内差旅费用及其他相关费用由应邀人自己承担)

4. 邀约公司名称详细地址，经办人员及电话号码等。

5. 邀约单位法人(责任人)签字盖章

6. 所在城市外办或主管机构意见，必须到当地(一般是行政区域，或附设市)外办签字盖章，到时候需携带全部通知表需要的材料，下边一一表明。

7. 审批机关意见。一般必须到地市外办申请办理最终的签证办理通知表(邀请函)。

二.一般随审核表交货外办审批审签邀请函所需要的材料：

1. 一式三份如实填写的《申请外国人入境审批表》

2. 请示(文件格式见附件)

3. 担保函(文件格式见附件)

4. 彼此营业执照复印件(邀约单位及应邀企业)

5. 业务往来证实(彼此中间合同书，税票，提货单等。留意：彼此没有业务往来的情形下，外办一般不审签邀请函，这时需材料准备表明，例如报价书，客户公司的情况简介等，以劝服外办。)

6. 应邀企业的银行融资担保(或银行资信证明)，(文件格式见附件)

7. 来访登记的护照复印件(有过去我国入出境记录的，请保证影印件)

8. 机票订单(由国际航空公司和旅游社开具的原件最好是，如果不行，网上预订网址，订单信息打印出来也可以)

9. 在中国期内酒店住宿订单信息，一般邀约企业可以自行给予，只需搬入日期和你到访日期一致就可以。

各我国受到限制程度不同，所以需要提供的材料是多少也不尽相同，以上就是全部很有可能需要的材料明细，一般给予以后审签邀请函都没问题。基本要求最好是与当地外办核查。

留意：一般我国驻外大使馆都要《被授权单位签证申请表》正本，因此在从外办取得正本以后，请根据快递寄顾客。留意，收发快递也要一定时间，请在填好申请表格和预定机票时，把这个时间也考虑进去。
