  外贸邮件常见问题

  1、发送邮件无subject主题风格,或是随意找一个之前的电子邮件立即回应一下。

  5、回应顾客电子邮件的那时候要“reply with all history”,不必把历史时间记录删除,不然顾客不清楚此前产生的事儿和沟通的具体内容。也不能随便更改电子邮件的主题风格。一件事情,一个商品的电子邮件要保证一个邮件主题。

  6、不能用比较难懂的简称,大家并不是在打电报.如hv:have等.以防产生误会.也不能用俚语。

  7、关键的具体内容可以用bold粗字体字体加粗或用英文大写。

  8、不必所有用英文大写字母写电子邮件文章正文。如THANK YOU FOR YOUR EMAIL DATED NOV17,20xx

  9、假如一件事比较复杂,多种多样得话,可以用1234 标明.表述要简约,立即,确立.不必把许多事儿写在一段中,看起来十分冗杂,并没有逻辑性。假如不了解可以上”多美丽交易检索"看一下。

  10、不能用太多的惊叹号。你在一个邮箱中用了太多的惊叹号,实际效果是与你一个都不用是一样的。

  11、每一段正中间要空一行,便捷他人阅读文章。
